LOHR, Justice.

The appellant, Larry Wayne White, seeks review of the district court’s denial of his pro se petition for a writ of habeas corpus and the denial of his motion to reconsider his petition as a Crim.P. 35(c) motion. In his pleadings, White alleged that his parole had been unlawfully revoked. The district court concluded that based on his petition and supporting documents, White was not entitled to any relief.
