ELLIS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a take-nothing judgment entered after jury trial in a wrongful death action resulting from an intersectional collision of two motor vehicles. Reversed and remanded.

The plaintiff-appellant, J. H. Pace, instituted suit against the defendants-appellees seeking to recover damages for the wrongful death of his wife who was killed as a result of an automobile-pickup truck collision.
