Appeal by the de*592fendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Felig, J.), rendered January 3, 1995, convicting him of grand larceny in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant contends that under the circumstances, the court erred in imposing an enhanced sentence without allowing him the opportunity to withdraw his plea of guilty.
