RAYMOND, District Judge.
Appellants, as defendants below, have appealed from a decree of foreclosure entered upon an amended petition filed by appellee as assignee of a note and mortgage given by appellants to'the Southern Trust Company. All the original parties to the note and mortgage were residents of Kentucky. The trial court denied a motion to dismiss for want of jurisdiction, and defendants declined to plead further.
