GEORGE, J.
Pursuant to Penal Code section 995, the superior court granted the motion of defendant, Alondro Durell Bennett, to set aside that portion of an information charging him with the murder of his two accomplices who were killed by the owner of a market during the commission of an armed robbery of the establishment. The People petitioned this court for a writ of mandate, urging that the superior court erred because the deaths of defendant’s accomplices were attributable to (1) an intentional act of defendant, and (2) intentional acts of defendant’s accomplices for which defendant…
