Warwick Municipal Employees Credit Union v. McAllister

The plaintiff brought this action by writ dated January 29, 1963, to recover upon a promissory note signed by the defendant on July 30, 1958. The defendant filed a plea of the general issue and a second plea stating that at the time of the execution of the note he was a minor under 21 years of age.
