PITTS, Chief Justice.

This action arose as a result of an alleged breach of a teacher’s contract with the Board of Trustees of the Wellington Independent School District for the school year of 1949-50. After hearings were had, the teacher’s contentions in the matter were *872successively sustained by order of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction, the State Board of Education and the District Court of the 53rd Judicial District of Travis County, Texas.
