BAUGH, Justice.

Appeal is from an order of the district court of Bell county refusing to dissolve a temporary injunction. The injunction was granted in chambers on August 13, 1936, in favor of L. C. Proctor, superintendent of schools of the Temple Independent School District, against the city of Temple, the Temple Independent School District, and its board of trustees. The grounds alleged in the petition for said injunction were substantially as follows: That the boundaries of the city of Temple and the school district were coextensive; that Proctor had been- for many years superintendent of…
