Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Brownstein, J.), rendered September 6,1978, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (two counts), robbery in the second degree (two counts), attempted robbery in the first degree (three counts) and attempted robbery in the second degree (three counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial ordered. No issues have been raised with respect to the facts.
