Currently before the Court is Plaintiff Terry Tindall’s Motion to Compel. Plaintiff seeks to have the Court compel testimony about and the production of attorney-client communications. Plaintiff believes that these communications will demonstrate that attorneys representing Defendants provided legal advice in furtherance of fraudulent transfers, as defined in the Georgia Uniform Fraudulent Transfers Act, O.C.G.A. § 18-2-70, et seq.
