This suit was originally instituted in the Logan chancery court by M. B. Hardnicke, as guardian of Lena Parker, against appellees, as trustees of the estate of W. E. Cherry, deceased, to quiet title to a certain tract of land containing approximately three acres. It was alleged that Lena Parker had been in possession of the land three or four years through her tenant, and that it formerly belonged to her husband, E. C.
