— Debbie Griswold was fired from her job as a meat wrapper at Albertson’s, Inc. because she purchased outdated meat at a marked down price. When Griswold applied for unemployment compensation benefits under the Employment Security Act, Albertson’s contested her *32eligibility, arguing she was terminated for disqualifying misconduct. The commissioner disagreed, but denied benefits on the ground that Griswold’s search for work outside the grocery business was such that she was not “available for work.”
