Plaintiff-appellant Gail Boos, a former employee of the United States Postal Service (“USPS”), appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Joanna Seybert, Judge) dismissing her complaint of disability discrimination because Boos had failed to exhaust her administrative remedies prior to filing suit in federal court.
