NICHOLLS, J.
The plaintiff, an emancipated minor, seeks to recover from the de*589fendant damages for personal injuries alleged to liave been received by himself entirely through its gross carelessness, recklessness, or incompetency, and general unlawful conduct in failing to provide safe premises in which he was to work and safe appliances with which to work. He alleged that he had in no way contributed to said injuries.
