Tony Lozano and Consuelo Lozano, individually and on behalf of the estate of the deceased, Leonel Lozano, and Brenda Travis, individually and as next friend of her minor children, appeal an adverse summary judgment granted in their wrongful death and personal injury suit against appellees, the City of Mesquite, Texas, and Mesquite police officers McDonald, Ashby, Duck-worth and McClure.
