In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent Deputy Commissioner of Health of the State of New York which found petitioner guilty of certain violations and imposed a fine in the amount of $1,000, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Putnam County (Dickinson, J.), dated August 20,1982, which, inter alia, dismissed the proceeding. Judgment affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements.
