Tomás Cintrón-Rivera (“Cintrón”) appeals the Commissioner’s denial of his application for social security benefits, and brings a motion to remand under the Social Security Act, as amended. 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g), 423. The Commissioner found Cintrón was engaged in substantial gainful activity after deducting his impairment-related work expenses (“IRWEs”). Tr. 4, 25.
