In an action to recover damages, inter alia, for breach of contract and unlawful dismissal from employment, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Goldstein, J.), dated February 6, 1991, which, upon an order of the same court, dated January 9, 1991, granting the defendant’s motion for summary judgment, is in favor of the defendant dismissing the complaint.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
