Petitioners-appellants Kroger Company (“Kroger”) and General Teamsters Union Local 406 (“the Union”) appeal from a jury verdict and various interlocutory orders entered by the District Court for the Western District of Michigan in an action brought by respondents-appellees, former employees of Kroger, (“plaintiffs”) under Section 301(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act.
