This cause involves an appeal by the T. J. Moss Tie Company from a decree of the Chancery Court of Perry County, Tennessee, sustaining a bill filed by Ralph Patterson and wife, Ruby Twilla Patterson, and fixing the boundary line between land of the appellant, T. J. Moss Tie Company, and land formerly owned by Ralph Patterson and wife, Ruby Twilla Patterson, *410in accordance with, the claim made by them in the bill filed in this canse.
