This case comes to us on appeal from a Superior Court (Knox County, Maclnnes, A.R.J.) affirmance of a summary judgment in favor of defendant Edward Kolmosky entered in the District Court (Rockland, Field, J.) on plaintiff Barbara Kolmosky’s motion pursuant to M.R.Civ.P. 60(b) for relief from the property and child support provisions of the parties’ divorce judgment.
