Abbott Laboratories (Abbott), the manufacturer of a levothyroxine sodium (LS) drug product, Synthroid®, appeals a summary final order of an administrative law judge (ALJ) in a rule challenge proceeding brought by Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Mylan), appellee, the manufacturer of a competing generic drug.
