We have for review the Final Order of the administrative law judge ("ALJ") in which he determined that Appellee Agency for Health Care Administration ("AHCA") is entitled to $357,407.05 in satisfaction of its Medicaid lien, that sum to be deducted from the proceeds of a third-party wrongful death settlement payable to Appellants: Ana Patricia Delgado and John Nunez, individually, as the parents of Ashley Nunez, and Ana Patricia Delgado as the personal representative of the estate of Ashley Nunez.
