This appeal arises from a habeas corpus action commenced in the Denver district court by a father, Albert MacMillan, to obtain custody of the two minor children of the parties from the mother, Letha MacMillan. ■

The mother was granted a decree of divorce in the district court of Lancaster County, Nebraska, in 1965. By a stipulation of the parties incorporated into the decree, the mother was granted custody of the two children; and the father was granted specific visitation rights each summer and every other weekend.
