Plaintiff, Michael Sean Edmond, appeals the trial court's judgment dismissing his complaint against defendants, the City of Colorado Springs, seven named employees of the City of Colorado Springs and its Police Department (CSPD), the El Paso County Sheriff, a named El Paso County Sheriff's detective, a named deputy district attorney, and the district attorney, as well as two unnamed CSPD evidence technicians and nine unnamed CSPD employees.
