11Appellants, Bank of the Ozarks, Inc., and Bank of the Ozarks (the “Bank”) appeal the denial of a motion to compel arbitration of a class-action complaint filed by appellees, Robert Walker, Ann B. Hines, and Judith Belk. The circuit court denied the motion on the ground that the arbitration provision in the account agreement between the Bank and the appellees was unconscionable.
