Ekwall, Judge:

This is an application by the United States for review of the decision of a single judge (Reap. Dec. 8264) involving importations, consisting of picture frames and pictures on wood, imported from Mexico. Said importations consisted of articles described as “singles,” “doubles,” “triples,” and “quadruplets.” The appeal below was limited to the “singles” and “doubles.” The dates of exportation of the 53 importations here involved ranged from July 1944 to September 1946.
