I concur in the majority’s affirmance of the convictions of defendant Kyron Benson in Docket No. 287768.1 do not believe that any of the issues raised by Benson have merit and, further, the evidence against him for the murder of the victim was overwhelming.

It is in part because of the overwhelming evidence against Benson that I must dissent from the affirmance of defendant Paula Bennett’s conviction in Docket No. 286960. Bennett was convicted of aiding and abetting a first-degree murder that was committed by her boyfriend, Benson, because she told…
