This is a proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Law and Buies to annul a determination of the Board of Education of Central High School District No. 2 of the Towns of Hempstead and North Hempstead.
For several years prior to August, 1962, the petitioner was employed as a custodian in one of the schools of the Central High School District. In 1962 that .school had an enrollment of about 2,600 students in the junior and senior high school grades 7 through 12.
