OPINION AND ORDER
CLARKE, District Judge.
This case is currently before the Court on Plaintiff Sea Hunt, Inc.’s Motion for Partial Judgement on the Pleadings and Claimant Kingdom of Spain’s Motion for Summary Judgement. This matter is a dispute over the status of two shipwrecked vessels believed to be the remains of the Spanish vessels JUNO and LA GALGA, which were sunk in 1802 and 1750, respectively. Plaintiff Sea Hunt, Inc. (“Sea Hunt”), a maritime salvage company based in the Eastern Shore of Virginia, has located the shipwrecked vessels near the coast of Assateague Island and has obtained…
