The petition herein was verified April 2, 1931, and the affidavit of petitioner’s attorney was verified April 6, 1931. Both were thereafter submitted to this court, and an order directing the respondents .to appear for examination on April 15, 1931, and to produce any will of the decedent which they have or can produce was made and entered on April 8,1931. The petition contained an allegation that the decedent died a resident of Bronx county.
