BACKGROUND

Upon special questions, the jury in this medical malpractice action returned a verdict against two of the three defendant physicians for severe personal injuries suffered by the minor plaintiff, Danielle Hall (Danielle), as a result of the defendants’ negligence during Barbara Hall’s labor and delivery on March 26, 1985, and as a result of failing to inform her of significant medical information.
