Before the Court is the United States Trustee’s (the “Trustee”) “Motion to Dismiss Case Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(2) and to Extend Time to Object to Discharge Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727 and Move to Dismiss Case Pursuant to 11 U.S.C.. § 707(b)(3)” (the “Motion to Dismiss”), and the debtors’ objection thereto.
