This action in assumpsit was brought by Adolph Dobler, beneficiary under two certificates of life insurance under group policies issued by Shenandoah Life Insurance Co., Inc., a Virginia corporation, defendant, to recover interest on the amount payable under the certificates from the date of death of the insured to date of payment of the principal sum.
