The subject of this controversy is certain movable hog houses and “feed bunks.” The appellee claims title under and by virtue of a mortgage upon the land upon which they were situated and used, and the purchase of the land at execution sale upon foreclosure, while the appellant McGahey claims under a chattel mortgage specifically describing the articles. The determination of the question turns upon whether they are to be regarded as fixtures or chattels.
