MURRAY, Justice.

Appellant, O. A. Elmen, a real estate broker, doing business under the trade-name of Elmen Land Company, instituted this suit against appellee, C. F. Winfield, seeking to re- . cover the sum of $3,922 as a real estate brokerage commission alleged to be due to him for his services in securing Harry L. Murray as a purchaser for 1,000 acres of land located to Hidalgo county and belonging to appellee.
