MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court is the motion of Ren-nie Petroleum Corporation (the “Debtor”) for entry of an order approving the retroactive employment of a professional person under 11 U.S.C. § 327 (the “Motion”). In the alternative, the Debtor’s Motion requests the Court to enter an order awarding compensation to the professional person for “substantial contribution” made to the case under 11 U.S.C. § 503(b)(4).
