George Eckstein, Oma L. Smith, and George H. Lidell, Jr., testator’s heirs at law, appeal from a superior court decision to admit into probate the will of their aunt Mildred L. Dunn, in which Joan Teaford Gunterman, the testator’s grand-niece, was named the sole beneficiary.
