Badt, J.:

This is an appeal taken by the plaintiff below from a judgment in favor of defendants below resulting from a directed verdict to such effect. The directed verdict was ordered after plaintiff had completed presentation of her evidence, on the ground that upon the facts it appeared as a matter of law that the plaintiff'was guilty of contributory negligence.
