This action in assumpsit was brought in the Circuit Court of Cabell County by Arthur Vinson against the Home Insurance Company for the purpose of recovering under the collision clause of a policy issued by the defendant covering a Ford V-8 coupe which was damaged by colliding with a truck on the highway near Lexington, Kentucky, on the twenty-first day of January, 1939.
