The plaintiffsi in error, as -plaintffs, instituted this action against the defendants in error, as defendants, to recover the undivided one-half interest in an estate which was devised and bequeathed -by last will and testament by one Adeline Louthan to the defendant, Margaret Johnson, for life, and the remainder to the two daughters of Margaret Johnson.
