OPINION
DRAUGHN, Justice.
Marcus T. Warner, individually and as executor of the estate of Ruth Flores Hawks, appeals from the trial court’s judgment in favor of appellee, R.W. Hurt, M.D., in a medical malpractice action. In three points of error, appellant contends that the trial court erred in admitting a medical expert’s testimony and in entering judgment for appellee because the evidence established negligence as a matter of law.
