The parties in this Eastern District of Pennsylvania litigation are battling over alleged securities fraud. Their dispute spilled into this Court after Defendant Deloitte & Touche, LLP (“Deloitte”) served a subpoena duces tecum on 40/86 Advisors, Inc., a non-party investment ad-visor located in Carmel, Indiana.
