KENT, District Judge.

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1404(a), Defendants previously sought a discretionary transfer of venue from this Court to the Eastern District of Louisiana. Plaintiff responded in opposition, and in a rare deviation from its usual custom, this Court allowed Defendants to file a Supplemental Memorandum in Support of Motion to Transfer Venue.
