KENT, District Judge.

Defendants Roland Scott Lyford and Mills, Shirley face a civil lawsuit over the actions of Defendant Lyford. Their insurer, Plaintiff Coregis Insurance Company, alleges that it owes defense and indemnity coverage to neither Defendant under an exclusion to the “claims-made” professional liability insurance policy issued to Defendant Mills Shirley in 1994.
