Chester L. Hanson, Jr. appeals from his conviction for enticement of a child with the intent of exposure, contrary to § 948.07(3), STATS. Hanson argues that § 948.07(3) violates his con stitutional rights to equal protection. We disagree and affirm.
The victim, Tiffany D., testified to the following acts at the preliminary examination. Tiffany, age seventeen at the time, lived in a hotel which Hanson managed.
