James King appeals a judgment of conviction for homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle in violation of § 940.10, STATS., (hereinafter vehicular homicide) and reckless driving causing great bodily harm under § 346.62(4), STATS., (hereinafter negligent vehicular injury).
