Karen A. Braman appeals from the order entered March 15, 2010 affirming the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General’s (“Attorney General’s Office”) denial of Appellant’s private criminal complaint. After careful review, we affirm.
The salient procedural and factual background are gleaned from the certified record and Appellant’s brief. On August 22, 2008, Appellant filed a private criminal complaint against William Higgins Jr., who was the elected district attorney of Bed-ford County, Pennsylvania.
