McCREE, Circuit Judge.
The National Labor Relations Board seeks enforcement of its order requiring respondents, a district organization (District 30) and a local organization (Local 8280) of the United Mine Workers of America, to cease and desist from certain unfair labor practices and to post appropriate notices. The Board’s Decision and Order are reported at 166 NLRB No. 8 (1967).
