On May 26, 2007, at 11:30 a.m., someone came up behind the 57-year-old victim and placed his arm around her neck in a choke hold. The victim tried but was unable to grab the perpetrator’s arm, because she had a cast and sling on her own arm. The perpetrator ripped off the victim’s chain and pendant. After the attack, the victim was able to turn and look at the perpetrator’s face for about three to five seconds.
